MDS-Grand 2 為旗艦級 TD-50K2 和任何其他 V-Drums 鼓組，提供了堅固耐用根基。如果空間允許，這款堅固的鼓架可以設置成更寬、更舒適的演奏範圍，在中鼓支架和鈸支架具有很大的調節範圍，因此即使空間有限的情況下，也可以架設為更緊湊的配置。央橫桿下方有充足的空間可容納 22 吋大鼓，例如全尺寸的 KD-220 或 KD-222，或是搭配 KD-22 大鼓轉換器的 22 吋傳統大鼓。
